  Job Description

1. Assist/follow-up to counterparts on out-standing cash advances, review account vouchers upon submission for liquidation more than 6 months.

2. Support in preparing necessary PEI documents, correspondence and ensure its correctness. May be required to carry out specific control tasks for PEI implementation

3. Arranges appointments, receives visitors, places and screen telephone calls, answers quarries with discretion, responds to routine requests for information and assists in making travel arrangements.

4. Assists in arrangements of meetings/workshops etc. organized by UNICEF

5. Draft CRQs, PRQs, PGMs in ProMS

6. Receives and screens correspondence and attaches relevant background information and alerting the supervisors on the pending deadlines

7. Maintain office records and reference files on PEI activities. Carries out data entry and retrieves information.

8. Make monitoring trip as and when required to follow-up PEI activities/progress

9. Takes notes at meeting and prepare and circulates minutes after approval.

  Required Skills
LANGUAGES (Indicate the languages required and desirable.)

Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of the local language of the duty station is an asset.

OTHER SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES (Indicate what other skills and attributes required, such as computer knowledge, management or communication skills, negotiating or training ability, etc.)

Good analytical, negotiating, communication and advocacy skills,. Ability to work in an international or multicultural environment.
Knowledge of computer management and applications.

Ability to draft clearly and concisely on technical issues with creative expression.
Skills in interpersonal and other forms of communication.
Ability to coordinate research, analyze, evaluate and synthesize information.
