· Prepare and maintain record of the material supplied to the project sites/villages · Prepare weekly progress reports of the projects in consultation with CTA, NC and PA · Coordinate with beneficiaries · Monitor the construction process on ground. · Participate in the meetings of government, NGOs regarding the project · Assist the NC, CTA and PA in compilation and generating progress reports · Conduct field visits to assess the work progress · Plan and organize field visits of UNDP, GEF SGP Officials |
